Know Howe HR is a start-up consulting business in the Human Resources (HR) field. They focus on providing career and job search assistance to individuals and delivering broad executive and operational HR support to businesses.
As a start-up they needed to build their brand identity and digital presence from scratch. Enter marqued marketing. We worked with Know Howe HR on three key aspects: brand identity development; website development; and social media development.

We got into the ‘gritty stuff’ with Know Howe HR.
We worked with the team on developing Know Howe HR’s brand identity. The team were keen to keep the project streamlined. This meant focusing the brand identity development on the visual identity. We worked with the Know Howe HR team to map components of the visual identity, as well as working through a competitor analysis set. The competitor analysis enabled us to identify a visually crowded environment where brands get lost in sea of sameness. It became apparent that visually the Know Howe HR brand needed to stand out from the crowd.
Working closely with the Know Howe HR team we knew that bringing the energy and dynamism of the team to life was imperative. This needed to be combined with instilling a sense of trust and experience.
As with all brand identity projects, a number of iterations were developed and working with the Know Howe HR team, a final brand identity was selected.
The final brand identity is contemporary and vibrant. The solidity of the font speaks to strength in experience and knowledge, which instill trust in the brand.
We truly love how this brand identity came together and believe this is a fantastic representation of the team at Know Howe HR.
Website development
To bring the Know Howe HR brand to life we worked with the team to build their website. The team were clear with their requirements: a simple and easy to navigate site; opportunities to contact the business; not too many pages.
First step on this journey was to build out the user experience (UX), which included the information architecture (IA), that is the structure and presentation of the site. Following this, the user interface (UI) was developed.
It was imperative that the two different user sets (Individuals and Businesses) were able to clearly identify themselves and their service requirements. Both user sets needed to find their experience easy and simple to use, and provide both with an idea of what they can expect when engaging and working with Know Howe HR.
The Know Howe HR team developed the bulk of the content, with marqued marketing finessing content across the site.

Once we brought the Know Howe HR brand identity to life and finalised the website, it was time to bring their social media presence to life. The Know Howe HR team was keen to manage social media themselves, both LinkedIn and Facebook.
The team were keen for marqued marketing to support them with building their LinkedIn business page. We built the LinkedIn business page and developed (design and content creation) and executed several initial posts to get the page up and running.
