terms and conditions
Following are the base Terms and Conditions when working with marqued marketing. More detailed Terms and Conditions pertaining to your specific project will be outlined in the dedicated Service Agreement issued at the time of employment.
Terms and Conditions
- All invoices from marqued marketing have seven (7) day payment terms.
- All activities described within this quotation, including delivery to the client of the materials included in the “Scope of Work”, the client accepts such activities and materials without unreasonable objections. No response from the client within two-business days of deliverables being delivered by marqued marketing is deemed to be an acceptance of final project delivery.
- The costs provided in this quote are based on the scope of work for this project and does not provide an indication of costs for future projects.
- marqued marketing provides quotes based on individual projects in line with the scope of works. Any future works / projects requested by the client will be quoted based on the scope of works for those projects.
- Included in all quotations are two (2) rounds of changes.
Any further rounds of changes will be charged at an hourly rate.
- The hourly rate for additional changes will be charged at $120.00 (p/hr).
- GST will be noted on all quotations and invoices.
